The Watchagency guarantee covers the watch for a period of 2 years from the date of purhcase. If during this period your watch becomes defective due to faulty materials, the Watchagency gurantees to correct it free of charge provided:-

a. Damage has not been caused due to accident, misuse, normal wear and tear, neglect or unfair treatment.

b. It has not been entrusted to another firm for repair and/or adjustment.

c. The guarantee certificate is returned with the watch.

d. The gurantee has not been improperly altered or falsified.

After the period of the warranty has expired Watch Agency offers a full range of service and repair options at discounted rates so please contact us to arrange a quotation.
