How can I sell my Watch?

Please contact us by phone or email and we can give you an approximate value. You can then either bring the watch to us by appointment or send via Royal Mail Special delivery or some other means.

It makes economic sense to buy pre owned providing you can find the model you are looking for as it could save you a large amount of money without compromising on quality.

What is your policy concerning the WEEE Regulations?

We’re pleased to offer our customers free recycling on all household electrical items.
Unwanted electrical equipment is the UKs fastest growing type of waste, and sending it to landfill causes lead and other toxins can leak out and cause soil and water contamination, harming wildlife and human health.
Fortunately, many electrical items can now be repaired or recycled. That’s why we’re offering free recycling on a like‐for‐like basis – so when you buy a new item from us, we will make sure your old model is taken care of.
If you’re not sure whether your electrical item can be recycled, have a look for the crossed‐out wheelie bin symbol on the packaging, or on the item itself. If the symbol appears on the replacement item, this is also an indication that the old model should be recycled.
The Directive The Waste Electrical or Electronic Equipment (WEEE) Directive requires countries to maximise separate collection and environmentally friendly processing of waste electricals. In the UK, that means retailers like us must offer all customers buying new equipment free take‐back for their old electricals.
If you are wondering how this applies to us or you in this instance, we do sell a proportion of Quartz i.e battery powered watches and we are happy to take back your old unwanted model and enusre it is not sent to landfill by disposing of it responisbly when you purchase a new quartz watch from us. Your old model should be returned to us within 28 days of your purchase of the new model. Please contact us if you require any further information or are unsure to which items this applies.
